Cancel a subscription
This page will be the entry point for cancelling the Family subscription online, without creating a new account area.
No paid subscription exists today: the Family application can be used without payment during its launch phase. There is therefore nothing to cancel.
The planned flow once the subscription opens
- 1You identify yourself, or your details are prefilled if you are already signed in.
- 2We summarise the subscription concerned and the effects of cancelling.
- 3You explicitly confirm the cancellation.
- 4An acknowledgement of receipt is sent immediately.
- 5A confirmation then states the effective end date and its consequences.
Want to delete your data?
From the Family application settings, export your data, then delete the household, a profile, a resource or a file.
Sign inA marketplace purchase?
Buying a resource is not a subscription. The withdrawal rules applicable to digital content are described on the dedicated page.
