Purpose
These terms govern the use of the CuriaVia website and online services: Family application, educational resource marketplace and creator workspace. The Family subscription, marketplace and creator terms complement these rules for the commercial relationships concerned.
Services
CuriaVia helps families organise and follow their children’s learning, lets people discover and obtain educational resources, and lets creators publish resources. The service evolves; its features in production are described on this website.
Accounts
Creating an account goes through a dedicated identity provider and a verified e-mail address. You are responsible for keeping your access confidential. The Family account and the creator account are separate.
Children’s profiles are created and managed by their guardians. There is no standalone child account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use CuriaVia lawfully, not to infringe third-party rights, not to attempt to bypass security measures or disrupt the service, and not to upload illegal content.
User content
The resources, notes, observations and files you save in your household remain private and belong to you. Resources published on the marketplace by creators fall under the creator terms; CuriaVia’s review does not guarantee their rights.
Artificial intelligence
Some features offer suggestions produced by an AI system. They are labelled as such, must be reviewed and never change a child’s progress by themselves. They are neither a diagnosis nor an official assessment.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service available, without being able to guarantee permanent availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or incidents.
Third-party links
The website may link to third-party sites. CuriaVia is not responsible for their content.
Reporting and moderation
Anyone can report illegal content through the dedicated procedure. CuriaVia may suspend content or an account in case of serious breach.
Liability
CuriaVia is an organisation tool: educational choices remain those of families. The final wording of liability clauses is part of the ongoing legal review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Jurisdiction rules protecting consumers are preserved.
