Creators

Publish your resources where families are already looking.

A professional creator workspace, separate from the Family app, to publish, update and follow your educational resources — with economic rules you can read before you start.

Who it is for

Creators who understand learning.

Your teaching experience is the real value of your resources.

  • Teachers

Your sequences, worksheets and assessments, useful beyond your classroom.

  • Home-educating parents

The materials you designed and tested at home.

  • Educators and practitioners

    Montessori, active pedagogies, specialised support.

  • Illustrators and designers

Cards, games, visual aids and printable materials.

What you can publish

Digital resources, free or paid.

Worksheets, notebooks, sequences, games, cards, assessments: describe the level, subject, pedagogy, languages and included content precisely. A resource can be free and open access, or sold individually.

  • Downloadable files and previews you choose
  • Description, included content, ages and languages
  • Free open access or one-time purchase

Publish

From upload to publication, in six steps.

Every step is visible in your creator workspace.

  1. Create

Prepare your resource and its previews.

  2. Upload and describe

    Files, description, level, subject.

  3. Declare your rights

    For every version submitted.

  4. Automated checks

Points of attention support the review.

  5. Human review

The CuriaVia team accepts or asks for a correction.

  6. Publication

Visible on the marketplace and your profile.

Automated checks flag, for example, a description that is too short or previews that expose too much. They support the review; the decision stays human.

Review

A demanding but predictable review.

Families trust the marketplace because every resource is reviewed.

  • Every publication and every update is reviewed before becoming visible.
  • A rejection comes with a reason: correct the draft and submit a new version.
  • A rejected resource never uses an included publication.
  • The review is a reasonable check, not a legal guarantee of rights.

Visibility

A public profile and goal-based discovery.

Your resources are found by families looking for exactly that level and subject.

  • Creator profile

A public page with your introduction, specialities and resources.

  • Discovery

Search by level, subject, type, pedagogy and language.

  • Family libraries

A resource obtained joins the family’s CuriaVia library.

Creator workspace

Your dashboard, separate from any family account.

A dedicated application, in French and English.

  • Your resources

Drafts, public versions and ongoing reviews.

  • Sales

Gross sales, commission, earnings and refunds, per resource.

  • Updates

The published version stays online while the next one is reviewed.

  • Reviews

    Families’ reviews of your resources.

Rights and responsibilities

You stay in control of your content.

The rules are simple and detailed in the creator terms.

Creator terms

  • You declare holding the necessary rights for each published version.
  • You freely set the price of your paid resources.
  • Purchases already made remain governed by the licence in force at the time of purchase.
  • CuriaVia may suspend a resource after a well-founded report.

Economics

What you pay, and when.

Publishing for free costs nothing. Selling relies on a one-time activation, included publications and a commission on sales, shown here as soon as they are set.

Loading the commercial policy in force…

  • A rejected resource never uses an included publication.
  • An update never triggers a new publication fee.
  • During the pilot phase, selling is activated by the CuriaVia team.
  • Payouts: terms will be set out in the creator terms before real payments open.
  • The VAT treatment of creator fees depends on your status; it will be set out in the creator terms before selling opens.

Payouts

Real payments are not open yet.

We would rather say it clearly: no paid sale is collected today.

  • No payout is made until the payment provider is in place.
  • The payout schedule and provider fees will be set out before payments open.
  • Amounts shown in your workspace are estimates under the commercial policy in force.

Restricted content

What cannot be published.

The marketplace is for families and children.

Report illegal content

  • Content you do not hold the rights to, or copies of textbooks and third-party resources.
  • Illegal, hateful, violent content or content unsuitable for children.
  • Personal data of children or third parties, identifiable photos without permission.
  • Misleading descriptions or promises of school results.

Creators’ questions

Publication, rights and economics.

How do I publish resources?

Open the creator workspace, a separate application from the Family app. Upload and describe your resource, declare your rights, then submit it. Automated checks support the review, and a member of the CuriaVia team reviews every publication before it becomes visible.

Can I publish free resources?

Yes, with no activation and no publication fee. Only selling paid resources requires an activation.

How much does selling resources cost?

Selling relies on a one-time activation that includes your first 5 accepted paid publications. Each further paid publication has a small fee, and CuriaVia takes a commission on the pre-tax price of each sale. A rejected resource costs nothing and an update costs nothing. The exact amounts appear on the Pricing page as soon as they are set.

Who is responsible for the rights to a resource?

The creator. They declare holding the necessary rights for each version they submit. CuriaVia’s review is a reasonable check: it does not certify ownership of the content.
