Reporting a resource
On each marketplace resource page, the Report a problem button lets you alert us directly. You can also use the contact form.
For efficient handling, please state:
- the exact address of the resource or content concerned;
- why you consider it illegal;
- if you are a rights holder, the elements establishing it;
- an e-mail address so we can reply.
Handling
Every report is examined by a member of the CuriaVia team. Depending on the case, the content may be kept, modified at the creator’s request, suspended or removed. Families who already obtained a resource keep their licence, unless it is manifestly illegal.
The creator concerned is informed of the decision and its reasons, and may contest it by writing to us.
Point of contact
The contact form is the single point of contact for authorities and users, in French or English.
Framework
These rules are part of the framework of the European Digital Services Act (DSA). Their precise adaptation to the platform’s size and status is part of the ongoing legal review; the existence of this page does not amount to a declaration of full compliance.
