Current situation
No paid sale is open today: neither a paid Family subscription nor the purchase of a paid resource. This information will apply once sales open, after legal review.
Principle
As a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
Family subscription
The period starts on subscription. If you expressly ask for the service to start before the period ends, an amount proportional to the service provided may be due if you withdraw, under the conditions set by law.
Digital marketplace resources
For digital content supplied immediately (download), the right of withdrawal does not apply if you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged losing that right. This consent will be collected separately and clearly at purchase, then confirmed in writing.
Exercising your right
Send an unambiguous statement through the contact form, or use the model below.
Model withdrawal form
To CuriaVia (details in the legal notice):
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for [Family subscription / resource “…”], ordered on [date], in the name of [name], account e-mail address [address].
Date and signature (if sent on paper).
Refund
If the withdrawal is valid, the refund is made within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method.
