CuriaVia

For families

A common thread for every child, from the curriculum to today’s session.

Whether you home-educate or complement school, CuriaVia keeps track of what is planned, what was done and what is acquired — without asking you to re-enter everything.

What CuriaVia saves you

Less reconstruction, more informed decisions.

Families describe the same fatigue to us. CuriaVia answers it by connecting information rather than adding yet another tool.

  • Hunting for the right sheet

Resources are organised by goal: you find what helps, when it helps.

  • Redoing the plan

A moved session does not break the week: planned and done stay distinct.

  • Remembering everything

Sessions, observations and productions are dated and linked to the goals worked on.

  • Rebuilding a report

A period report is built from the history you have already recorded.

  • Hesitating about what’s next

Next useful steps are shown with their reason: fragility, prerequisite, available resource.

  • Juggling tools

Curriculum, library, planning, journal and reports finally speak the same language.

Several children

Each child has their own path. The household shares its resources.

Planning, goals and progress belong to each child. The library and reusable activities belong to the household: a book or a game added once serves everyone who needs it.

A second guardian can be invited by e-mail and share the same tracking, with the same rights.

Tracks and goals

French official curricula from PS to 3e, and your own tracks.

Activate each child’s class track: its goals come from the curricula in force for the 2026–2027 school year, each linked to its source text. Add optional tracks — languages, ancient languages, bilingual French Sign Language — or create your own.

  • Several active tracks at the same time for one child
  • Custom goals to state a prerequisite or a project
  • Shared cycle expectations stay the same from one class to the next

Planning

Sessions and observations

What really happened, with the evidence.

A real session may differ from the plan: it records what was done, the goals actually worked on and its duration. The journal holds your observations — free text or refined with signals and the level of autonomy — with photos, files and the child’s productions.

An observation can even be just a production: a photo of a notebook is enough.

Assessments

Find where a child stands without turning home into an exam room.

Take stock from a test, a copy or a notebook. CuriaVia can also prepare a short printable test on one to three skills, with a child sheet and a parent guide.

  1. Prepare or import

A short test proposed by CuriaVia, or your own documents: photos, PDFs, up to 200 pages.

  2. Read page by page

Each page is read visually; progress is saved.

  3. Review

You correct the transcription and select the observations to record.

  4. Decide

Mastery levels remain a separate step, under your control.

These assessments are educational, with no automatic national threshold and no official diagnosis.

Progress and reviews

Know what is acquired, fragile or due for review.

Four mastery levels — to assess, in progress, acquired, consolidated — and an independent fragility signal. Reactivations are suggested at the right time. Every decision is yours and stays in the history.

Recommendations take prerequisites, fragility, active tracks and what has already been started into account, then suggest relevant resources and activities.

AI

An aid that proposes, never a judge.

AI speeds up reading and filing. It does not change progress and does not replace your judgement as a parent.

Trust and data

  • Every suggestion is labelled as such and must be accepted or dismissed.
  • Only the necessary content is sent: the analysed resource, or the assessment documents you chose.
  • Complete tracking works without AI.
  • A monthly budget frames analyses; a failure never triggers an automatic paid fallback.

The marketplace, with no mandatory subscription.

Browse and obtain educational resources without a Family subscription. With your account, they go straight into your library and link to your goals.

Data and privacy

Information about your children stays private.

CuriaVia handles children’s data: we apply simple, verifiable rules.

Privacy policy

  • Only the household’s guardians access profiles, the journal and files.
  • Files are private and served only after checking household access.
  • Private data is not kept offline on the device.
  • Full export and explicit deletion, from a single file to the whole household.

Price

No surprise after sign-up.

The Family subscription price will be published here before any billing, with its cancellation terms.

Families’ questions

What to know before you start.

Can I track several children?

Yes. Each child has their own profile, tracks, plan and progress. The resource library and reusable activities belong to the household: add them once and use them for every child concerned.

Can another adult access the tracking?

Yes. From the settings, invite a second guardian by e-mail. Once the invitation is accepted, they see the same children, resources, sessions, progress and reports, with the same rights. Removing a guardian immediately revokes their access.

Can I use CuriaVia on a tablet or phone?

Yes. The interface adapts to tablets and phones, and the app can be installed on your home screen. For safety, your family’s private data is not kept offline on the device.

How is progress tracked?

Each goal has one of four mastery levels — to assess, in progress, acquired, consolidated — and a separate fragility signal. Sessions and observations inform your decision but never change the level automatically: you decide, and every decision is kept in the history.

Can I produce a report?

Yes. A period report shows the mastery state at the chosen date, the work actually done, the history and the productions you select. Print it or save it as a PDF from your browser; your data can also be exported as JSON.

Can I use my own PDFs, books and websites?

Yes, that is the heart of the library. Add a PDF, an image, a link, a video, an app, a book (by its ISBN) or physical material, then link it to the goals it helps you work on. Your private resources are never published on the marketplace.

What happens to my data if I stop?

You can export all your household’s data from the settings, then explicitly delete profiles, resources, files or the whole household. Deletion becomes final after the technical delays described in the privacy policy.

Is my data sold?

No. CuriaVia does not sell personal data and shows no advertising. Your family’s data is used only to run the service you use.

Where is the data hosted?

The application, its database and its files are hosted on a server in Germany, in the European Union, at netcup GmbH. When you trigger an AI analysis, the necessary content is sent to an AI provider that may process it outside the European Union; the privacy policy details these providers and the applicable safeguards.
