Purpose
These terms govern publishing resources on the CuriaVia marketplace from the creator workspace. They are accepted when the creator account is opened; their version is recorded.
Creator account
The creator account is separate from any family account. Public profile information (name, introduction, specialities) is chosen by the creator. Identification rules for professional creators will be specified before sales open.
Rights and responsibility
For each version submitted, the creator declares holding the rights needed to distribute it and, where applicable, to sell it. CuriaVia’s review is a reasonable check: it does not certify ownership of the content.
Prohibited content
Prohibited content includes: content the creator does not hold the rights to, copies of textbooks or third-party resources, illegal, hateful, violent content or content unsuitable for children, personal data of children or third parties, and misleading descriptions.
Review and publication
Every publication and every update is reviewed by the CuriaVia team. Automated checks support the review without taking the decision. A rejected version can be corrected and submitted again. The published version stays online while an update is reviewed.
Economic model
- Free resources are published with no activation and no publication fee.
- The creator freely sets the price of paid resources.
- Selling requires a one-time activation, which includes the first 5 accepted paid publications.
- Further accepted paid publications incur a publication fee.
- CuriaVia receives a commission on the pre-tax price of each sale.
- A rejected resource never uses an included publication; an update never triggers a new fee.
The amounts in force are those of the commercial policy published on the Pricing page; each sale keeps the version applied. During the pilot phase, selling is activated by the CuriaVia team.
Tax and payouts
The creator remains responsible for their tax and social obligations. Invoicing, the payment provider, the payout schedule, reserves and refund handling will be specified before real payments open. No payout is made until then.
Suspension and withdrawal
CuriaVia may suspend a resource after a well-founded report or a breach. The creator may withdraw a resource; families who already obtained it keep their licence.
