This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Current status
The Family subscription is not yet on sale. The Family application can be used without payment during its launch phase. No charge is made and no payment method is requested.
These terms will be completed and validated before any billing, then presented for explicit acceptance at subscription time.
Provider
The subscription will be offered by the publisher identified in the legal notice.
Service
The subscription will give access to the Family application: children’s profiles, tracks and goals, library, activities, planning, sessions, journal, assisted assessments, progress, recommendations and reports, for the whole household.
Price and billing
The monthly and, where applicable, annual price including VAT, the billing cadence, the payment methods and any trial period will be published on the Pricing page before sales open. No amount will be revealed only after sign-up.
Duration, renewal and cancellation
Duration, renewal and cancellation rules will be set out here. Cancellation will be online, from a dedicated page, with an acknowledgement of receipt and a confirmation of the end date.
Right of withdrawal
Information about the right of withdrawal and any exceptions for a digital service is on the dedicated page. Any request for immediate performance will be collected separately and explicitly.
Conformity and complaints
You benefit from the legal guarantees applicable to digital content and services. Complaints can be sent through the contact form.
