Contents
Prior complaint
If you have a problem, first send a written complaint through the contact form. We commit to answering it.
Mediator
Under the French Consumer Code, any consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a dispute amicably, after a written complaint that did not receive a satisfactory answer.
CuriaVia’s mediator will be appointed before sales open. Their name, address and website will be published here. No paid sale is open today.
Online dispute resolution
The European online dispute-resolution platform closed in 2025; the appointed mediator remains available.
